Staff Product Manager (AI/ML)

hirify.global operates an e-commerce retail and logistics network supporting Rocket Delivery and Rocket Overseas services in Taiwan.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, KPIs, prioritization, and scope for supply chain management product areas.
• Write PRDs covering problems, goals, metrics, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and open questions.
• Partner with retail, warehouse operations, inventory, category management, S&OP, inbound planning, engineering, and data science stakeholders to secure alignment and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Design and launch AI, machine learning, mathematical optimization, and operations research-integrated products for ordering, scheduling, placement, inventory rebalancing, and network design.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, define success metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate using operational and real-time data.
• Analyze operational data, identify cost-efficiency opportunities, and rapidly prototype product hypotheses with AI tools and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience and a track record of shipping products at scale.
• Experience shipping at least one non-trivial optimization or machine-learning-backed product to production.
• Fluency in English is required for PRDs, technical specifications, executive updates, and daily collaboration with global engineering and data science teams.
• Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable, AI-integrated business solutions and influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Hands-on data fluency, including SQL analysis; willingness to bridge strategic product work with tactical operational execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with fulfillment center planning, automated inventory management, route scheduling, or network capacity design.
• Experience with vendor-facing systems, purchase order management, inbound planning, or inbound operations.
• Experience shipping AI-agent products, including agent tools, guardrails, and human handoffs.
• Python skills sufficient for prototyping and reading data science code.
