Staff Product Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Hong Kong, Shanghai, or Shenzhen.

What you will do

• Define the vision and strategy for an AI-powered freight operating system to automate end-to-end shipment workflows.
• Reengineer operational processes to create leaner, more efficient models before implementing automation.
• Drive measurable business outcomes such as cost savings, productivity gains, and cycle time reduction.
• Partner with engineering, design, and operations teams to translate complex logistics requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Build metrics frameworks to track automation rates, product health, and overall business impact.
• Mentor other product managers to improve product specs, prioritization, and strategic thinking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in complex, data-rich environments.
• Proven track record of building products that delivered quantifiable business impact and automation.
• Strong operational process engineering and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience building metrics frameworks to guide product direction.
• Experience shipping intuitive UX in data-dense domains with multi-step workflows.
• Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels in a cross-functional environment.

• Experience with B2B workflow software or supply chain platforms.
• Deep domain expertise in logistics or freight forwarding operations.
