Product Manager, Homepage (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Build end-to-end homepage features and customer experiences for discovering restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products.
• Shape ranking and personalisation solutions that determine what each customer sees and why.
• Explore how AI-driven and agentic experiences can change product discovery and ordering decisions.
• Develop discovery experiences that work across three brands and multiple markets.
• Define product direction while balancing global platform challenges, EMEA capabilities, and market-specific needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager working on consumer-facing products.
• Relevant experience with discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven products.
• Strong customer-focused product judgment and the ability to identify and prioritize important customer problems.
• Ability to balance multiple business objectives, make decisions amid competing priorities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to move between long-term direction and near-term delivery.
• Curiosity about the practical customer value of AI and the ability to distinguish it from hype.
