Senior Product Manager, Commerce (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States, or San Francisco, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $155,520–$194,400 USD annual base salary, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and deliver product features for commerce workflows used by internal operators and clients.
• Own the product vision and execute 12–18-month roadmaps.
• Build intelligent AI agents that automate quoting, billing, and invoicing.
• Translate complex logistics workflows into clear experiences with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the US West Coast and China through regular cross-border syncs.
• Use data and analytics frameworks to measure product health, engagement, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or other relevant domain experience.
• Experience leading 12–18-month product roadmaps with engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including complex datasets, metrics frameworks, and SQL proficiency.
• Experience shipping intuitive user experiences in complex, data-dense domains.
• Experience building user-facing or operator-facing features that simplify multi-step workflows.
• Strong collaboration, written communication, verbal communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B workflow software, supply chain platforms, or logistics technology.
