Risk Expert (Fintech)

Location: Poznań or Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 2 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report operational and ICT risks.
• Prepare and update risk management procedures, policies, risk maps, and process lists.
• Collect and analyze data from first- and second-line defense units.
• Conduct vertical testing and analyze risk trends and patterns.
• Manage operational risk events, ICT incidents, and the incident management support system.
• Manage business continuity activities, including periodic continuity tests and ICT risk reporting to the regulator.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in risk management.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position at a financial institution.
• A college degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of risk management processes and excellent data analysis, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of KNF recommendations on risk management and the DORA regulation.
• Fluent professional English and Polish; very good knowledge of MS Office.
