What you will do

• Execute non-financial regulatory reporting obligations such as MiFID and EMIR.
• Analyze front-to-back system infrastructure to understand data flows, booking models, and reporting logic.
• Review business and functional specifications to assess impacts on existing regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams to support reporting functions.
• Drive large-scale initiatives across the Global Regulatory Operations department.
• Train and develop colleagues on complex workflows and internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
• Proactive team player with a focus on ownership and accountability.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland as this is an onsite role.
