Location: Remote - Texas. While candidates in the listed location are encouraged for this role, candidates in other Texas locations will be considered.

Salary: $219,100—$301,300 USD

What you will do

• Work with multiple clients as the main technical voice for hirify.global.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt hirify.global as part of their strategy.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account, with a clear understanding of the strategy.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Align technical strategies around hirify.global solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship for other team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency at establishing virtual teams and leading them to success within the account.
• Experience working with very large (> $1m ARR), global accounts.
• Experience building relationships with executives and influencers, both internally and with customers.
• Present a convincing point of view to important decision-makers.
• Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
