System Analysis Engineer (MBSE)

Salary: $62,500–$140,000 base salary per year

What you will do

• Execute systems engineering lifecycle assignments covering concept development, architecture design, integration, testing, and operation.
• Develop and apply digital engineering, modeling, and analysis capabilities to complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Translate system requirements into technical and architectural decisions.
• Perform system-level analysis, evaluate performance trade-offs, and present results that support decision-making.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations and communicate project challenges to program leadership.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external partners while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, or another relevant engineering field.
• 0–3 years of experience in systems analysis or a related discipline.
• Excellent mathematical skills and a strong understanding of engineering theories and procedures.
• Ability to apply modeling and analysis techniques, develop or integrate multi-domain qualitative models, and present technical results.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Applicants selected for this position must obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with MBSE tools such as SysML.
• Knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink.
• Experience integrating descriptive modeling tools with simulation tools.
