What you will do

• Advise the CEO, Board of Directors, and functional leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership capabilities.
• Build and execute a sequenced People roadmap aligned with company growth, revenue targets, product priorities, and customer commitments.
• Establish company-wide and functional metrics, OKRs, operating cadences, and accountability practices.
• Implement performance reviews, manager training, onboarding, learning and development, and leadership development programs.
• Build scalable HR infrastructure covering technology, policies, payroll, benefits, employee data, reporting, and People analytics.
• Build the recruiting function and oversee hiring across technical, go-to-market, corporate, and executive roles.

Requirements

• Senior People leadership experience in a high-growth technology or software company.
• Hands-on operating experience across People Operations, recruiting, performance management, organizational design, and leadership development.
• Ability to work between Board-level strategy and detailed execution.
• Data-driven and commercially minded approach, connecting People initiatives to business outcomes.
• Experience establishing structured hiring practices, including role profiles, candidate scorecards, interviews, and consistent hiring standards.
