What you will do

• Lead and oversee all engineering and maintenance activities, including planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage capital projects, including design, vendor selection, procurement, and installation of new or upgraded equipment.
• Implement and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders and asset history.
• Supervise and mentor both salaried engineering staff and hourly maintenance/die repair personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including scrap reduction and asset utilization optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards across the facility.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering and/or operation of a heavy manufacturing facility.
• Proven experience with repairs and maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
