Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with attendance at the London Paddington office 2–3 days per week and at least 8 days per month.

What you will do

• Deliver actionable integration insights using data to support SoHo growth and commercial integration outcomes.
• Prepare clear weekly performance updates for senior leadership and escalate relevant risks.
• Develop robust business cases supported by commercial modelling and analysis.
• Represent the commercial function across channel, digital, and marketing integration workstreams.
• Track SoHo risks and opportunities across hirify.global and Three, coordinating corrective actions against the P&L.
• Translate complex data into compelling narratives that support confident decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong financial modelling skills and experience developing insight-led business cases.
• Advanced analytical skills and strong Excel capability.
• Experience managing stakeholders and influencing across teams and seniority levels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, matrix environment.
• Data-driven, resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in mobile or fixed telecommunications is advantageous.
