Account Lead, Paid Social

Location: Remote in the United States; roles are open in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Minneapolis, and New York.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead paid social strategy, planning, activation, and performance recommendations across a client portfolio.
• Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports while establishing career goals and succession plans.
• Coordinate collaboration and implementation to ensure accurate and high-quality campaign execution.
• Manage Meta paid social activity across Facebook and Instagram in line with client business goals.
• Act as a client escalation point and guide teams on processes and corrective actions.
• Contribute to executive presentations, quarterly business reviews, annual reviews, and strategy meetings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of paid social experience, including at least 4 years in a client-facing media or marketing role.
• Experience managing at least 2 direct reports or team members and developing them into more senior roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and direct-response paid social tactics.
• Deep knowledge of upper-funnel campaign strategy and experience implementing and interpreting Brand Lift Studies.
• Ability to audit campaign analytics and present actionable insights and media reporting to clients.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
