Regional Fit-Out Manager (Iberia)

What you will do

• Lead commercial fit-out projects across Iberia from initiation through opening.
• Manage project planning, budgets, programmes, quality, risks, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple regional projects while balancing priorities and resources.
• Support Project Managers and provide regional reporting, escalation, and decision-making.
• Standardise fit-out processes and share best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, preferably in hospitality, retail, or other design-led environments.
• Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and construction, including translating design intent into high-quality execution.
• Excellent project and commercial management skills.
• Leadership and decision-making experience across multiple project teams.
• Structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
