Senior Project Engineer (English & German Speaker)

What you will do

• Plan engineering projects for airport and port environments, establishing timelines, cost strategies, milestones, and delivery conditions.
• Coordinate departments, project technicians, material resources, and human resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Represent client requirements internally and communicate the company’s solutions and commitments to clients.
• Control contractual scope, project revenues, costs, timelines, and financial progress.
• Identify project risks, coordinate responses to unforeseen events, and supervise changes to the supply scope.
• Detect inefficient processes, highlight procedural deficiencies, and implement improvements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a project manager in an international capital-goods manufacturing company or in large-project management.
• University bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably specialized in Industrial Engineering.
• C1 English or equivalent.
• Intermediate conversational German is required for stakeholder communication.
• Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera or MSP.

• PMP and/or project management training.
