What you will do

• Support customers as a customer-facing Design Support Engineer across mature, RF, and advanced semiconductor platforms.
• Resolve customer technical cases end-to-end by reproducing issues, identifying root causes, and providing solutions or workarounds for successful tape-out and first-time silicon success.
• Provide application engineering guidance for complex IC design challenges throughout the design cycle.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, workshops, and proposals for customer evaluations and design activities.
• Identify PDK, design-flow, and enablement gaps, and propose improvements based on customer requirements.
• Communicate customer insights and requirements to internal development and technology teams.

Requirements

• Technical Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years with a Master’s degree, or 0–1 year with a PhD.
• Strong technical aptitude, structured problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills; technical sales exposure is desirable.
• Experience with IC design environments, enablement flows, EDA tools, or semiconductor manufacturing is advantageous.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
