What you will do
- Build project schedules covering the full scope, milestones, and timelines using critical path methodology.
- Define responsibility and ownership for project outcomes through Work Breakdown Structure methodology.
- Align schedules with project execution, contracting, procurement, and project control plans.
- Establish schedule baselines, manage periodic updates, and maintain integrated project schedules at multiple levels of detail.
- Coordinate timelines and interdependencies between key partners and provide regular schedule progress updates.
- Review external schedules for compliance with scheduling best practices.
Requirements
- Experience developing planning and scheduling skills in a project environment.
- Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment experience, including interpreting and communicating findings to key partners.
- Working experience with Primavera P6 for schedule development.
- Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach.
- Availability for on-site work in Kalundborg or Copenhagen, Denmark.
