Senior Project Manager Construction Denmark

Location: Hybrid, Copenhagen, Denmark; regular travel within Denmark and abroad to visit partners and construction sites.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality fast-charging stations across Denmark.
• Acquire and realize grid connections and coordinate engineering partners.
• Manage material supply, construction planning, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders in Denmark and abroad, including business partners and construction sites.
• Create a construction initiation roadmap for a new country by identifying local partners, analyzing standards, and ensuring safety compliance.
• Support network development through site evaluations and due diligence.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, business, or an equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years of experience in deployment, construction, or an equivalent field.
• Strong technical affinity, organizational skills, structured prioritization, and initiative.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Near-native Danish and business-level English are required.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Denmark and abroad.
