Senior Product Consultant (AI)

Location: United Kingdom; remote-first with limited, predictable travel and flexibility for international collaboration across time zones.

What you will do

• Represent the voice of UK and international customers and build structured customer feedback loops.
• Gather, analyse, and define functional software requirements and user stories.
• Use AI tools, Mixpanel, Snowflake, and product analytics to improve workflows, validate features, and support roadmap recommendations.
• Configure systems, understand new functionality, and conduct rigorous User Acceptance Testing before releases.
• Advocate for regional market needs with product and engineering teams in North America and collaborate across global time zones.
• Write release notes, maintain the knowledge base, lead customer demos, and present product strategy and live features at events and conferences.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience defining software requirements, configuring systems, and executing UAT.
• Understanding of SaaS delivery models, system integrations, APIs, and data mapping.
• Experience with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel and Snowflake, plus willingness to integrate AI tools into daily workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working in an international, matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to present to large audiences and communicate with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
• Client-facing product, consulting, or business analysis experience; insurance experience, especially Claims or Home Insurance, is preferred.
