TL;DR
Senior Global Product Manager, Enabling Technologies (MedTech) (ASTRA Arvis): Leading the global strategy, adoption, and portfolio evolution of a surgical platform for knee, hip, and shoulder arthroplasty with an accent on augmented reality, AI, smart navigation, and clinical workflow improvement. Focus on defining multi-year roadmaps, translating surgeon and market insights into product requirements, and driving commercialization and adoption across global markets.

Location: Austin, Texas, Remote - US. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Own the global product strategy and multi-year portfolio roadmap for the ASTRA Arvis platform across knee, hip, and shoulder arthroplasty.
  • Prioritize platform enhancements, software capabilities, workflow improvements, and new clinical applications.
  • Drive surgeon adoption, utilization, clinical engagement, market expansion, and commercialization across global markets.
  • Develop business cases, investment recommendations, product requirements, and strategic priorities for next-generation solutions.
  • Lead voice-of-customer activities and relationships with surgeons, hospitals, distributors, clinical stakeholders, and industry experts.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, software and systems engineering, clinical affairs, quality, regulatory, operations, marketing, sales, and regional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in product marketing or equivalent medical device sales experience, including 4+ years in medical device marketing or equivalent sales experience.
  • Experience with complex projects, strategic analysis, technical messaging, and solving clinical problems through technology.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams, plus experience working with global teams and diverse market requirements.
  • Valid US passport or ability to obtain one, with unrestricted travel within and outside the United States.
  • Full-time US work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Upstream product development experience.
  • Experience with data analytics, software development platforms, or engineering.
