Bauer Media Audio Ireland operates commercial radio stations and digital audio brands across Ireland, including Beat 102–103 in the South East.

What you will do

• Host the weekly Sunday Grill magazine show with conversation, interviews, and regional content.
• Develop engaging programming for Beat’s 15–34-year-old audience.
• Research topics, prepare discussion points, and identify and contact suitable guests.
• Collaborate with producers and the digital team to create content across multiple platforms.
• Represent Beat at events, promotions, and client activations while maintaining a strong social media presence.
• Ensure content complies with BAI guidelines and station policies.

Requirements

• Confident, engaging, and authentic presenting style.
• Passion for radio, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the South East, its communities, culture, and events.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, research, preparation, and deadline-management skills.
• Strong understanding of the interests of a 15–34-year-old audience and digital content creation.
• Ability to collaborate with producers, presenters, and digital teams and represent the station publicly.

Nice to have

• Previous presenting or broadcasting experience.
• Understanding of broadcast standards, BAI guidelines, and responsible content creation.
