Pricing Manager (Energy)

Location: Hybrid setup, splitting time between the Amsterdam office and home

What you will do

• Define and implement pricing strategies for fixed, variable, and dynamic energy contracts.
• Develop pricing approaches for flexibility solutions such as Smart Charging.
• Optimize energy prices daily and weekly using purchase prices, margin targets, and competitor benchmarks.
• Monitor regulatory changes, wholesale price movements, and competitor offerings.
• Build and improve dashboards, price scrapers, and analyses supporting pricing transparency and decisions.
• Develop business cases for new pricing models, propositions, and product initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience developing and executing B2C energy pricing strategies.
• Understanding of energy market dynamics, procurement, tariff structures, and risk management.
• Experience working with data and analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Lightdash, or similar.
• Strong understanding of margins, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition costs, and P&L impact.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
