Senior Sourcing Executive (Healthcare Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office; office locations are Irving, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; and Centennial, Colorado. Willingness to travel is required.

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex contract negotiations and structure solutions aligned with client needs.
• Partner with Legal to draft, redline, and validate contract terms for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage the full sourcing lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, RFP design, bid evaluation, supplier selection, and implementation support.
• Develop sourcing strategies using spend analysis, market trends, benchmarking, and supplier dynamics.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and oversee amendments, renewals, compliance evaluation, and supplier performance.
• Present sourcing strategies, negotiation updates, risks, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in drafting, redlining, and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to work from the designated U.S. office locations three days per week and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, supply chain, legal studies, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Relevant degree or comparable background in a related discipline.
