Retail Banking Development Program - Financial Wellness Solutions

Location: OH - Cleveland, United States; in-office work required. The program includes 90% local travel within the market and 10% travel outside the market. A personal vehicle is required.

Salary: $39,100–$126,500 per year.

What you will do

• Participate in a 24-month accelerated development program with sales, technical, leadership, and professional training.
• Research clients and prospects, create target lists, schedule appointments, and prepare presentations and proposals.
• Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking, relationship-building, and consultative selling.
• Support relationship management activities and deepen existing client relationships.
• Provide ideas and insights based on clients’ financial needs and goals.
• Build expertise through mentoring, job shadowing, community outreach, and formal learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; preferred majors include finance, accounting, economics, marketing, mathematics, statistics, management, communications, psychology, logistics, engineering, computer science, and related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Recent university or college graduate with little or no professional experience.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, business acumen, accuracy, adaptability, and self-directed development skills.
• Ability to work in-office in the Cleveland, Ohio market and travel locally; personal vehicle required.
