Audit Manager - Fixed Term (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead and supervise internal audit project teams through planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
• Evaluate business risks, governance, controls, and related financial services activities.
• Gather and analyze data, review workpapers, and complete audit projects and special assignments.
• Draft detailed reports covering issues, root causes, risk impacts, and recommendations.
• Communicate audit findings to business and audit management, support risk mitigation, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Respond to regulator requests and coordinate audit workpaper workflows with external auditors.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional internal or external auditing experience, preferably in diversified financial services or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of financial services products, services, regulations, governance, risks, and controls.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, supervise, and develop audit staff.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining objectivity and adherence to IIA standards.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CAMS, ACCA, or another relevant professional certification.
