Internal Audit Manager, US

Location: Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or fully remote from approved countries. Most days must be spent in the Milan office during the first few months; the long-term arrangement is agreed at the offer stage.

Annual compensation typically starts at $204,281 for candidates with limited experience; exceptional candidates may receive $257,642–$522,120. Compensation varies by location and expected impact.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end SOX compliance implementation across business processes and IT systems.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks and gaps, and drive remediation through completion.
• Develop and manage the annual internal audit plan across financial, operational, technology, and compliance domains.
• Deliver audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee.
• Build and continuously improve internal audit methodology, governance, and tooling.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and key stakeholders.
