What you will do

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk-based annual internal audit plan for approval by the Audit Committee.
• Provide strategic insight and advisory support to senior leadership on governance, risk, and internal controls.
• Execute the internal audit plan, ensuring high-quality engagements and alignment with Group priorities.
• Present audit findings and risk insights to the Audit Committee and oversee the follow-up of corrective actions.
• Build and lead a high-performing internal audit team, ensuring compliance with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall working experience, with 6+ years in internal audit, risk management, or a related assurance field.
• Proven experience leading audit teams within a multinational or complex organizational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Deep understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, or CISA.
