What you will do

• Lead the overall business value and delivery of hirify.global solutions for customer implementations and transformations.
• Communicate solution design and delivery considerations with customer project and management teams.
• Work with the hirify.global Project Manager to minimize risks arising from complex requirements.
• Coordinate and delegate work across delivery teams, partners, and system integrators.
• Advise customers on applying hirify.global Accelerators and additional consulting services.
• Articulate product direction and the potential value of hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Experience with global transformation projects and implementations across multiple industries.
• In-depth aerospace industry knowledge.
• Proven track record in delivering customer value realization.
• Advanced communication skills.
