Senior Solutions Architect (Data Intelligence): Designing and implementing complex data analytics and AI solutions on the Databricks platform with an accent on pre-sales strategy, technical leadership, and customer success. Focus on orchestrating cross-functional teams, influencing C-level stakeholders, and solving intricate data challenges within the cloud ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for significant data analytics architecture, design, and platform adoption.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the cloud ecosystem.
- Coach junior Solutions Architects on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
- Contribute to the technical community by developing collateral and leading workshops and seminars.
Requirements
- Must be based in Melbourne for this hybrid role.
- Proven experience in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycles in a technical pre-sales capacity.
- Hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms and complex proofs-of-concept.
- Proficiency in a core programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Willingness to learn and master Spark.
