Delivery Solutions Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategies and execution plans for strategic customers and their Databricks use cases.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, production go-live, adoption, and healthy consumption across customer workloads.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live issues, coordinating Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, and expert teams.
• Create execution plans for moving use cases into production, including adoption, user growth, cloud cost control, tuning, optimization, and governance.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, sales, and field engineering teams on delivery, product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
• Report customer health, usage, risks, investment status, product adoption, and use-case progression to the Technical GM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs in Data and AI, with the ability to contribute to customer technical debates and design decisions.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and of connecting business value to project deliverables.
• Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience; availability to travel up to 30% when needed.

• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
• Track record of exceeding quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
