Operations Team Lead E-Mobility (m/f/d) – Lübeck

Location: Lübeck, Germany; onsite field and warehouse work with rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 07:00–15:30 or 15:00–23:30

What you will do

• Directly manage approximately 12 Fleet Specialists, including hiring, onboarding, training, feedback, and performance support.
• Plan and coordinate rotating shifts with the Site Manager and take increasing ownership of the Lübeck operation.
• Allocate, collect, and deploy e-scooters across the city to maximize vehicle availability.
• Support logistics operations by receiving, packing, and deploying new vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, correctly parked, and compliant with city regulations.
• Track operational KPIs, turn dashboard data into daily actions and process improvements, and report to the Site Manager.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, such as leading a small team, coordinating shifts, or coaching colleagues.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent English and at least basic German required.
• Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday required.
• Comfort with digital tools including MS Office, G-Suite, and data dashboards.
• Strong ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to work hands-on in the field.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, field operations, mobility, or another fast-paced environment.
• Technical mindset and confidence troubleshooting vehicles or equipment.
