Focus on testing AI agents, identifying workflow and integration issues, assessing AI-generated content, and documenting practical improvements for AI-driven marketing operations.

What you will do

  • Evaluate AI-powered marketing, content, campaign, and analytics workflows.
  • Test integrations across Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Identify workflow errors, inefficiencies, and integration issues.
  • Assess AI-generated content and campaign workflows for accuracy and usability.
  • Document findings, recommend workflow improvements, and collaborate on best practices for AI-driven marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing operations, MarTech, content and creative operations, or campaign operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with AI agents and generative AI tools such as Codex, Claude Cowork, or ChatGPT.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management and workplace connectors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise workflow integrations and automation.
