What you will do
- Build and optimize AI-driven workflows and agents to streamline marketing and operational tasks.
- Manage end-to-end social media presence and content calendars for leadership.
- Coordinate podcast production, including editing, distribution, and social media repurposing.
- Execute cold outreach and lead generation campaigns using automated tools.
- Design and update marketing collateral, landing pages, and presentation decks.
- Support event logistics, webinar execution, and client communication initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in South Africa and available during U.S. Business Hours.
- Daily hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to build workflows, prompts, and automations using AI.
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
- Experience managing marketing, content, or outreach workflows.
- Comfortable navigating technical platforms and dashboards independently.
Nice to have
- Experience with cold outreach systems like Clay, Instantly, or Smartlead.
- Podcast editing and audio/video production skills.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare.
- Experience with webinar coordination and event logistics.
- Background in elective healthcare or aesthetics industries.
