AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator (AI): Building AI-driven workflows and producing content, outreach campaigns, podcasts, presentations, and event materials with an accent on automation, copywriting, and multi-channel execution. Focus on designing repeatable AI systems, coordinating podcast and event production, launching lead-generation campaigns, and improving marketing operations through experimentation.
Location: South Africa; remote work during U.S. business hours

is hiring for a role supporting marketing, communications, outreach, events, and creative execution.
What you will do
- Build and improve AI-driven workflows, agents, prompts, and operational systems using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and OpenClaw.
- Manage social media channels, content calendars, LinkedIn publishing, newsletters, and content repurposing.
- Coordinate podcast recording, editing, publishing, and promotional asset production.
- Build lead databases and execute LinkedIn and cold email outreach campaigns, including domain setup, warmup, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Create and update websites, landing pages, presentations, sales collateral, event materials, and branded documents.
- Coordinate conferences, webinars, client communications, and lightweight technical updates involving GitHub, Supabase, and Cloudflare.
Requirements
- Daily hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to build AI-powered workflows, prompts, automations, or operational systems.
- Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills are required.
- Experience managing content, marketing, outreach, communication, or related workflows.
- Experience creating social media content, newsletters, outreach campaigns, or marketing assets.
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Strong organization, project management, independent learning, ownership, and execution skills, plus a stable remote work setup and internet connection.
Nice to have
- Podcast, audio, video, webinar, conference, or event production experience.
- Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, or email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare, aesthetics, ophthalmology, medspa, or plastic surgery industries.
- Experience with GitHub, Supabase, Cloudflare, Amazon KDP, or self-publishing workflows.
- Knowledge of social media growth, audience engagement, AI-assisted design, and content scaling.
