HR Intern

Location: Paris studio, with HR support across France, Spain, and remote teams

hirify.global is a fast-growing mobile gaming company developing and operating proprietary games, including Pocket Champs.

What you will do

• Support onboarding and offboarding across France, Spain, and remote teams in partnership with People & Talent Partners.
• Coordinate performance review logistics, including deadlines, tools, and records.
• Maintain HR records, tools, and benefits administration data.
• Handle first-line employee requests and escalate matters requiring policy interpretation or judgment.
• Coordinate school and university relationships and represent hirify.global at hiring events.
• Support office management, equipment ordering, vendor coordination, engagement, well-being, inclusion, and HR process automation.

Requirements

• Interest in learning across recruiting, HR operations, and people-related topics.
• Organized, reliable, curious, and motivated to improve processes.
• Comfortable using AI tools and adopting new technologies quickly.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Availability for a 6-month internship contract.
