Freelance Corporate Facilitator (Leadership & Management)

What you will do

• Deliver live online leadership and management sessions lasting approximately 90–150 minutes.
• Prepare from a written session brief and follow the established session design.
• Facilitate small-group practice, provide direct feedback, and coach participants during sessions.
• Manage different participant dynamics, including sceptical senior participants and quiet groups.
• Submit concise written session notes within 48 hours of each session.
• Take part in paid accreditation and remain open to observation and feedback.

Requirements

• Substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting.
• Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups and managing session mechanics.
• Ability to deliver material written by others while following a defined structure.
• Experience running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults.
• Reliable, punctual, responsive, and consistent with session administration.
• Fluent, credible professional English and confidence with senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or cross-cultural work.
• Coaching qualification or experience with one-to-one and group work.
• Additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language.
• Familiarity with evidence-based learning design.

• Fees are paid per delivered session and invoiced on delivery with 30-day payment terms.
• Accreditation is paid at half the standard session fee.
• Client cancellations made within five working days are paid in full.
• Standard contract terms cover confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, and client non-solicitation.

Hiring process

• Complete a methodology induction.
• Deliver a full observed session for the Programme Scientist as part of accreditation.
• After accreditation, receive session briefings and bookings on a per-session basis.
