Career & Technical Education (CTE) Instructor

Location: Remote within Texas, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Illinois, or Ohio, United States; assignments may require availability during Pacific Time hours.

What you will do

• Deliver individualized and small-group virtual instruction tailored to students' career pathways, technical skill levels, and learning profiles.
• Create lesson plans aligned with career cluster standards, workforce-readiness goals, and relevant industry certifications or technical credentials.
• Adapt instruction in real time based on engagement, project milestones, and practical troubleshooting needs.
• Bring real-world industry context into the virtual classroom.
• Track student progress and communicate with families, schools, and vocational program coordinators about skill mastery, portfolios, and career readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with students who have educational needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned with student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills, including video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and online student engagement.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, webcam, and quiet workspace.
