Freelance Corporate Facilitator — Leadership & Management

What you will do

• Deliver live 90–150-minute leadership and management sessions, mostly online, using a prepared session design and written brief.
• Prepare from the brief at least five working days before each session; preparation time is included in the session fee.
• Facilitate structured practice, breakout-group work, participant coaching, and direct feedback.
• Manage different participant dynamics, including sceptical senior professionals, quiet groups, and debate-oriented participants.
• Submit concise written session notes within 48 hours so the Programme Scientist can adapt future sessions.
• Complete accreditation before the first client session and remain open to observation and feedback.

Requirements

• Substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in a corporate setting.
• Strong online delivery skills, including breakout groups, camera and engagement management, and reliable handling of session mechanics.
• Ability to deliver material written by others while following a defined structure.
• Experience running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults rather than only presenting.
• Reliable administration, punctuality, responsiveness, and consistent session-note submission.
• Fluent, credible professional English and confidence working with senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or cross-cultural work.
• Coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one and group work.
• Additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language.
• Interest in evidence-based learning design.
