Design & CAD Instructors

Location: Remote, available to instructors in Texas, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Ohio, United States. Many assignments operate during Pacific Time hours.

What you will do

• Deliver individualized and small-group virtual instruction tailored to student experience, project goals, and learning styles.
• Create structured lesson plans for 3D modeling, technical drafting, industry certification preparation, and design fundamentals.
• Adapt instruction in real time using screen sharing and interactive workflows.
• Troubleshoot software issues and explain geometry, drafting, and design principles.
• Track student project progress and communicate with families or school partners about portfolios, software mastery, and technical milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with students who have educational needs.
• Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned with student goals and accommodations.
• Strong virtual instruction skills, including video conferencing and digital whiteboards.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, webcam, and quiet workspace.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Availability during Pacific Time hours.
