What you will do

• Connect internal talent with suitable growth, development, and client opportunities.
• Support client teams by staffing the right people to the right opportunities.
• Coordinate with Capacity Planners to align staffing plans with skills, location, and level requirements.
• Partner with People Partners, Learning & Effectiveness, Capability Leads, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain staffing data and operations covering time tracking, rotations, allocations, utilisation, open roles, client tenure, and attrition.
• Identify staffing risks, resolve delays, and improve processes for tracking, allocation, and employee utilisation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee development, and talent management.
• Experience in Resource Management or Talent Acquisition.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to operate autonomously, manage competing interests, and navigate challenging conversations.

• Familiarity or experience in the advertising, creative, or media industry.
