What you will do

• Plan and allocate resources to ensure optimal crew deployment and show schedule adherence.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of available talent and their specific skill sets.
• Manage the full lifecycle of team members, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide career development guidance to crew members.
• Collaborate with department heads to balance skills and identify training needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for artist line management and team morale.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK for on-site work.
• Understanding of local employment law, contracts, and staff policies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt methods for team alignment.
