Senior Manager, Innovation, Asia Pacific (Fintech)

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days in the office required

What you will do

• Run 0-1 product innovation sprints from problem framing through concept development, prototyping, validation, pilot planning, and handoff.
• Translate client needs, market signals, and emerging technology trends into product opportunities.
• Develop problem statements, value propositions, customer journeys, concept notes, pitch materials, and pilot plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Technology, Strategy, Partnerships, and regional markets.
• Lead rapid research, prototyping, testing, and synthesis to support go/no-go decisions.
• Shape client and partner narratives, demonstrations, recommendations, timelines, ownership, and next steps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product innovation, venture building, startups, fintech, payments, digital commerce, strategy, consulting, or technology-led growth.
• Strong 0-1 experience building, testing, launching, or scaling new products, propositions, ventures, or business models.
• Experience with sprints, workshops, discovery, prototyping, validation, MVP development, or pilot planning.
• Strong commercial judgment, product storytelling, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Hands-on execution style with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, test assumptions, align stakeholders, and remove blockers.
• Must work from Singapore and attend the office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or with large corporate organizations.
• Experience or strong interest in payments, fintech, platforms, AI, digital commerce, wallets, data, agentic commerce, or stablecoins.
• Background in a startup, scale-up, venture studio, product build team, or consulting build unit.
