What you will do

• Define and drive AI product vision and roadmap for wallet capabilities, prioritizing high-impact opportunities in risk management and customer experience.
• Lead design and delivery of AI features like fraud detection, anomaly monitoring, payment optimization, and customer support automation.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deploy production-ready AI models.
• Define success metrics, monitor AI performance, and optimize features using data insights.
• Ensure governance, ethical AI usage, and alignment with regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Maintain product backlog, user stories, and coordinate testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Fintech, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Management/Ownership in fintech, digital payments, or tech environments.
• Experience delivering digital wallet, mobile apps, or payments products end-to-end.
• Hands-on with mobile apps (iOS/Android), AI/ML products, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and data pipelines.
• Knowledge of payment ecosystems, SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Agile/Scrum.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and global/multi-market experience.
