What you will do

  • Design end-to-end card growth and loyalty strategies focusing on online rewards, cashback structures, and incentive policies.
  • Execute targeted acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns across e-commerce and high-intent consumer touchpoints.
  • Define, track, and report on core business KPIs including MAC, total payment volume (TPV), and customer lifetime value.
  • Build data-driven experimentation frameworks to A/B test program features and incentive structures to maximize ROI.
  • Manage relationships with payment networks (e.g., Stripe, Mastercard) and bank partners to leverage joint promotion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with risk, finance, and compliance teams to ensure all programs adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in card marketing, loyalty program management, or payments growth at a bank, fintech, or consumer internet company.
  • Proven track record of designing and launching customer-facing rewards or cashback programs that drove measurable growth in TPV or active users.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and measure program performance.
  • Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience at a digital bank or leading regional fintech.
  • Deep understanding of online-first reward mechanics and digital payment user behavior.
  • Experience managing end-to-end P&L for card programs or loyalty products.
  • Hands-on experience working with Mastercard, Stripe, or card issuing partners.
  • Experience scaling loyalty programs for consumer-facing digital products.
