Systems Engineer, Integration & Test (RF)

Location: Onsite in the Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California office 4–5 days per week; the posting also lists El Segundo, California.

Salary: $110,000–$250,000 per year in base compensation, excluding bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and support integration and testing of hardware, software, and firmware systems from assembly through deployment readiness.
• Conduct verification and testing in laboratory, production, and field environments.
• Debug and correct faults across mechanical, electronic, and software systems.
• Develop and document test plans, procedures, test benches, and test suites for efficient execution and technician handoff.
• Identify, configure, and program tools and equipment required for integration and testing.
• Collaborate with the Lead Systems Engineer and engineering teams to understand system capabilities and execute test plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience integrating and testing complex systems or troubleshooting technical issues.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.

Nice to have

• Systems engineering experience with RF systems.
• Programming experience with Python, MATLAB, or C++.
• Experience with signal processing or data analysis.
