Senior Software Engineer (MedTech)

What you will do

• Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-quality software for surgical navigation products.
• Build novel tracking platforms, sensor integrations, and algorithms for clinical procedures.
• Design, test, document, and optimize software for efficient performance and scalability.
• Serve as a technical lead for assigned projects while remaining hands-on in development.
• Work independently and with cross-functional engineering teams using agile methodologies.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional programming experience, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of experience.
• Professional experience with object-oriented analysis and design, C++, algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience with machine vision, UI design and development, Python, and MATLAB.
• Experience developing software tools, utilities, libraries, or components.
• Experience with Git source control and pull request processes.
• Ability to work independently, contribute to small teams, communicate effectively, and travel up to 5% of the time.

• Experience with machine learning.
