Process Engineer

What you will do

• Work with production and maintenance teams to optimize mass-production processes, parameters, and operating procedures.
• Define and improve process documentation, including flow charts, FMEA, work instructions, routings, specifications, and assembly information.
• Conduct error-proofing analysis and identify root causes of process variation and product failures.
• Analyze field failures and customer complaints, implementing timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal and external technical support and perform process, product, and systems audits, including supplier audits.

Requirements

• Experience supporting and optimizing mass-production processes.
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation and operational procedures.
• Skills in root cause analysis, error-proofing, failure analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Ability to work with production, maintenance, technical support, and suppliers.
• Ability to work onsite in Suzhou, China.
