Process Tech (Industrial Gas Operations)

Location: Hefei, Anhui, China; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Operate the TN and bulk gas station safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual requirements and production guarantees.
• Follow process safety, MOC, OPHR, EH&S, production, and shift procedures.
• Maintain plant equipment and support planned shutdown scheduling to ensure reliability and production continuity.
• Report shift production status, near misses, and incidents.
• Respond to process and quality alerts, support upset handling, and resolve potential quality problems.
• Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement projects, emergency evacuation, crisis coordination, and customer communication.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in ASU or similar plant operations.
• Practical knowledge and technical skills in ASU operations.
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience supporting safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
