Salary: $115,900–$152,100 per year

What you will do

• Help develop and execute Investment Management’s financial communications strategy.
• Analyze investment, financial, and business performance data and translate complex information into clear communications.
• Develop executive presentations, reports, briefing materials, talking points, and supporting analyses.
• Synthesize information from investment, finance, risk, and operational teams into consistent narratives.
• Coordinate communications with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Strategy, Investor Relations, Enterprise Communications, and Media Relations.
• Improve reporting and communications processes, accuracy, transparency, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Actuarial Science, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, strategic communications, investor relations, life insurance, or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience communicating complex information through written materials, presentations, and stakeholder interactions.
• 2+ years of experience independently managing complex projects and competing priorities.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and interact with senior leadership.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, or a comparable advanced degree or designation.
• Experience with board reporting, rating agency engagements, investor relations, or executive communications.
• Experience using data management, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Understanding of life insurance investments, asset-liability management, and institutional asset management.
• Strong storytelling skills for translating complex data into actionable business insights.
