Senior Financial Management Analyst (Financial Analysis, Senior Associate)

Location: On-site in Rosslyn, VA, supporting a Washington, DC federal client

Salary: $155,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the Deputy Comptroller’s office in managing agency financial systems.
• Research abnormal general ledger balances and make adjustments in the financial system.
• Review financial data and perform quality assurance checks.
• Coordinate system changes related to organizational chart updates and staff reorganizations.
• Mine data across multiple agency systems for audit requests, congressional data calls, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• At least ten years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with Momentum Financials or another federal financial system.
• Experience with federal accounting and budgeting practices and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills for documenting, reporting, and presenting findings.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with federal financial reports such as SF133 and GTAS.
