Consulting Psychiatrist

Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Compensation: $200/hour

What you will do

• Develop clinical protocols for mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and PMDD, including medication management and therapeutic modalities.
• Design behavioral health safety and escalation protocols.
• Build hiring rubrics and assessment frameworks for PMHNP candidates.
• Participate in initial PMHNP interviews with the clinical team.
• After launch, treat a patient panel, supervise PMHNPs, provide case consultations, and support ad hoc escalations.

Requirements

• Active board certification in Psychiatry through ABPN or AOBNP.
• An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered medical license in California, Florida, New York, or Texas; an IMLC license may be considered if an eligible state license is obtained.
• At least five years of post-residency clinical experience as a practicing psychiatrist, focused on outpatient care.
• Experience treating women’s mental health conditions at the intersection of hormonal and mental health, including depression, anxiety, and PMDD.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with PMHNPs or other advanced practice providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, virtual patient care skills, and comfort using EMR, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling platforms.

• Experience in telehealth or a high-growth care delivery environment.
• Experience designing behavioral health safety and escalation protocols.
