What you will do
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing development organizations delivering reliable, scalable, and business-impactful solutions.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define priorities, align resources, and translate business needs into measurable outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven practices to improve productivity, solution quality, and operational efficiency.
- Establish accountability, continuous improvement, and effective delivery across multiple strategic and operational initiatives.
- Hire, coach, and grow talent while fostering ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in software engineering, data, analytics, quality assurance, or information technology.
- Strong understanding of software development, quality engineering, service delivery, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to use data, metrics, and business insights to support decisions and measurable results.
- Experience leading organizational change, process improvement, or technology transformation, preferably involving AI or automation.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
